Jason Watched: Princess Mononoke (1997)

Recently, I watched the movie “Princess Mononoke” developed by Studio Ghibli. It’s a japanese anime film made in the year 1997, and as a theatrical movie, it’s probably one of the most beautiful animated films I’ve ever watched, and very likely one of the best films that bring up forest destruction I’ve ever witnessed.

The visuals are unbelievably gorgeous (expected for a Studio Ghibli film), and the music was some of the most lovely themes my ears have ever experienced. This film is so close to being incredibly and very well likely one of the best films I’ll ever see. And lastly, let me tell you, it was completely surprising to hear John DiMaggio and Tara Strong in this film.

Overall, it’s a fantastic 10/10. Absolutely watch this film. It’s a classic! Check out the trailer here. It’s available to stream on HBO Max.
